COVID UPDATE WE 9-26-2021

 

COVID 19 update 42,871,356 total cases, 687.876 deaths. New cases 845.208 a decrease of 192,558 from last week. Deaths 14,239, up 158 from last week. Mortalities were 2,260/ day, an increase of 255 per day from last week. The average death toll per day for the last 634 days is 1,084. And increase of 10 from last week.

Worldwide Ranking mortalities/population, Bosnia .3157%, Brazil .2836%, Columbia .2505%. Mexico .2194%, Italy .2168%, US .2084%, England .2042% Spain .1845%, France .1754% and Sweden .1439%. Top countries in mortalities, US 687K, Brazil 594K, India 446k and Mexico 274K.Top mortality countries last week, US 14,239, Russia 5,559, Iran 5,117, Mexico 4,165, and Brazil 3,692. Six states, NY, NY CT, CA, MA, WA.  account for 23.502% of cases and 27% of mortalities. TX and FL respectively 18% and 17%. FL has the highest infection rate/population 16%.  TX, 14%, NJ 13%, NY, MA, CA, 12% and CN 11%. Of the big four, new cases reported, NY 35,940, CA 49,048, TX 80,010 and FL 53,338. They account for 26% of the new cases reported. Survival rate is 98.40% of those infected.

          Worldwide, the US accounts for 19.535% of cases and 15.126% of mortalities. Is there a surge going on?  Yes. States that reported more than 100 deaths were 31. Top four: FL 2,340, TX. 2,048, GE 865 and AL 813.  

          All of these numbers are generated from information obtained from the CDC and John Hopkins.

          In regards to vaccinations, the US is at 55.6% while the world is at 33% completely vaccinated.

          There was a recent article talking about the falling cases in CA. What they failed to mention was cases in FL have also dramatically fallen while cases continue to rise in NY and TX. When will this virus stop being politicized to push individual agendas?  Sadly, in our technological society, everyone wants an answer now. They don’t want to wait for factual information to be released. They want immediate gratification. Point in case, the Border Guard accused of whipping an illegal alien. Even though the photographer and those of his colleagues, who said it didn’t happen, are being ignored. Why? Because the press and even the leaders of the US bought into the façade. It isn’t a sad time when the press can spin their own story to the point no one, ie: out leaders, believe the false reports before they have the facts. That my friends, is a dangerous combination.

To Those Who Served

 

 

 

          A day of reflection is how I view 9/11, not just for the civilians that died that fateful day, but for the men and women who signed up and set out to avenge those who believed the United States would do nothing to fight back and defend ourselves.

          We saw that spirt on December 8^th, 1941 after Pearl Harbor was attacked. Tens of thousands flocked to the recruiting stations to sign up and fight the enemy of the day.

          Then, like now, our enemies believed the United States to be weak and immoral. They were wrong then and they were wrong twenty years ago. Why?

          They grossly underestimate the valor, honor and integrity of our youth. They are the ones that answer the call. They are the ones that will go toe-to-toe with any foe, foreign or domestic. They are the ones who are the guardians of our nation.

          They do not focus on the politics of the day or the weak kneed who constantly yammer for peace, when it isn’t an option. They enlist and prepare to defend our great country.

         

          They come from all walks of life and ethnicities. Being killed or wounded isn’t foremost in their minds. Correcting a wrong and meting out justice is what they think about and they do!

          They put aside petty differences and ideologies. The only thing that matters is the comrade to their left or right; for their lives depend on them.

          They serve proudly, despite the ineptness of politicians and some of their leaders. They hold their heads high and backs stiff when the Stars and Stripes is raised. They are the first to stand and remove covers when the Star Spangled Banner is played. Why? Because they know the price they paid to protect the freedoms and liberties we all take for granted. They cried, laughed and bled with their fellow soldiers. They shared family photos and stories of their youth and adventures. They become one and because of that, are the most feared fighting force on the planet, something our enemies continually fail to recognize. 

          As we remember the innocent lives lost twenty years ago, let us not forget those that answered the call and kept our country safe and secure for the last twenty years.

          A warning to those who believe we are weak and won’t defend ourselves if and when attacked, you would be wise to study our history and how we, as a nation, react when provoked. It has never worked out in the favor of the aggressor. However, if you feel compelled to test our strength, and resolve, be prepared to pay the ultimate price! For we do not forgive and we do not forget those who try to trample on our rights and freedoms.

          For each headstone you see, remember this, four to ten or your insurgent brothers will fall and we will not stop until you are completely eradicated or reminded, not to awaken a sleeping giant, for our youth will answer the call and with great precision, take you out, one by one until the mission is complete.

          And when the dust has settled and the fight finished, we will proudly bury and honor those who sacrificed everything to keep us safe.

          So ask yourself this question, are you willing to pay the price?

Mortalities were 1,645/ day, an increase of 112 per day from last week. The average death toll per day for the last 620 days is 1,063. And increase of 7 from last week.

Worldwide Ranking mortalities/population, Bosnia .3028%, Brazil .28%, Columbia .2495%. Italy .2155%, Mexico .2137%, England .2013%, US .1999%, Spain .1825%, France .1744% and Sweden .1427%. Top countries in mortalities, US 659K, Brazil 586K, India 442k and Mexico 267K.Top mortality countries last week, US 11,669, Russia 5,429, Mexico 4,656, Iran 3,760, and Brazil 3,196. Six states, NY, NY CT, CA, MA, WA.  account for 23.832% of cases and 28% of mortalities. TX and FL respectively 18% and 17%. FL has the highest infection rate/population 16%.  TX, NJ 13%, NY, CA 12%, MA11% and CN 10%. Of the big four, new cases reported, NY 34,298, CA 68,875, TX 119,984 and FL 109,244. They account for 32% of the new cases reported. Survival rate is 98.39% of those infected.

          Worldwide, the US accounts for 18.677% of cases and 14,503% of mortalities. Is there a surge going on?  Yes. States that reported more than 100 deaths were 27. Top four: FL 2,398, TX. 1,799, CA 761 and GE.

          In regards to vaccinations, the US is at 54.1% while the world is at 30.1% completely vaccinated.

          On a personal note, I did receive the first shot last week. Some will ask why. Some will ask why did it take so long. My answer to those questions is simple, none of your damn business. It’s a personal choice based on the information I’ve gathered over the last sixteen months and the career direction I’m taking. It has noting to do with what the media is constantly spewing, or those that attempt to shame those who won’t take it or those that chose not to be a guinea pig. That is what the media has pushing and continues to push today.

          Our parents and grand-parents were faced with the same decisions back in the 50’s when Jonas Salk introduced the polio vaccine after decades of research. It wasn’t widely received when they were informed, they would be infected with the disease to prevent the disease.  Excuse me? You’re going to put what in my body? Thank you, no. It was a choice until the school districts decided to have mandatory vaccinations for children, if they wanted to attend school.

          I don’t remember my parents hooting and hollering about the shot I would receive. They made sure I was where I was supposed to be, at the correct to get the shot. There was no mass media, twenty-four hour news pounding the populace to take it or not to take it. Our parents did the research and decided it was the right choice and that’s how I look at today’s vaccine. Turn off the TV, stop reading FB and twitter posts that have their own agenda. Do your own research and make the decision that is right for you.
