I've been a bit remiss on posting. 1 shake, 2 miles and a protein bar get the day started on the right path. Have I made any progress? Let's see. 3 months ago when I put this shirt on it acted like a pop top. No belt could restrain it. Not the case now! I do have a before and after, but I'm saving that for later. Never did take a picture.
