NFL Football Fans

1989 was the year the Irving Titans reached an all time new low: 1-15. The glory days of NFC Championships and Super Bowls were nothing but a distant memory. The crickets outnumbered the faithful fans as it was too painful for them to watch the team’s collapse.  That was all about to change when the current owner, Bum Reason, sells the storied franchise to billionaire, oilman, Reuben Weitzman.

He would make sweeping changes: eliminate the current collection of players, revitalize the fan base with promises of a return to greatness and firing the most beloved coach of the NFL—Steve Osburn and replacing him with Marshall Jankowski, an old classmate and current top coach in the collegiate ranks.

The one player he would like to cut but can’t, is the current quarterback, Jimmy Stone. Jimmy has a female friend, Charlene Rivers who has more dirt on Jankowski, Weitzman and a host of other NFL notables, than a dump truck can haul-off.

Will past relations and transgression be forgotten or will they be the downfall of another dynasty?

Read chapter one TODAY!
