Down 11 per day from last week. Deaths/day WE 3-28, 981. A decrease of 84/day. Six states still account for 25.422% of cases and 30% of deaths: NY, NJ, CT, CA, MA, WA. TX and FL 4,818,722 16% of cases and 81,353 deaths, 15%. It is the 4th leading cause of death in the US. Death rate versus known cases, US infection rate, 2.3296%, mortality rate, .1662%. States with the biggest increase over 10% from previous week: Zero. Kentucky had had the highest with 5%. All other states were stable at 1-2% increase. US accounts for 23.857% of known cases and 19.738% of mortalities, worldwide. Good to see this number slowly coming down. Why aren’t Brazil and Mexico in the news? We are hammered with the rise of cases in Europe, especially The United Kingdom, but nothing on the rise in Mexico and South America. Wait, aren’t these where the quote, refugees are coming from? And yet our Southern border is still open. Why? Let’s keep crowing about how vaccinations have been administered while our country is still poring gasoline on the fire. Makes sense to me.
